Erosion and Sediment Controls Installed on Two Lots in Smithfield VA

When a builder is getting ready to break ground, erosion and sediment controls aren't optional - they're required. And getting them installed right from the start keeps the site in compliance and protects surrounding properties from sediment runoff. That's exactly what we were called out to handle on two lots here in Smithfield, VA.

We installed construction entrances on both lots, which is the stabilized gravel pad you see at each entry point. Those pads serve a real purpose - they knock mud and debris off vehicle tires before they hit the road, which keeps the surrounding streets clean and helps the site stay compliant with local erosion control requirements.
