Founded for the fact that the market is very limited when it comes to experienced, licensed, and insured contractors willing to take on small to medium sized residential and commercial projects. This was a niche market that we have shown was needed and we have grown exponentially by doing what we do. Nick Crane
Founder & President
Nick comes with 20+ years' experience in management of multi-million-dollar businesses in the construction and automotive industry. His background in business management and construction allows him the ability to handle all facades of the business. With him carries an OSHA-30 certification, RLD with the Virginia DEQ, and a VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Certification allowing the ability to design, implement, and manage any and all traffic control that may be needed for a project.
Justin Tooley
Site and Utility Superintendent
With over 10 years' experience in the site and utility spectrum locally within Virginia, Justin brings a level of professionalism and dedication that we pride ourselves on. He directly manages all awarded contracts and commands the quality is unsurpassed. His leadership and direction ensure our projects are completed on time and within budget. With OSHA-30 and CPR certification, he ensures that our jobs have safety as a top priority. This puts us a notch ahead of the competition in the industry. Justin has recently joined our team, and we couldn't be more excited!
Warren Creech
Logistics Manager
Warren has been a part of our team since nearly the beginning. Always onsite no matter the day or hour to ensure the job is completed on time as well as safely as he is also OSHA certified. He is directly responsible in the coordination of all of the equipment needs, materials for the projects, as well as the mobilization of all machinery and materials. When time allows you can also catch him filling in as a heavy equipment operator to assist the projects maintain on schedule as teamwork is one of our core values within our organization.
